The most frequently asked questions about our returns process
Where can I find the return label?
If you have ordered directly in the BOXIO store, you can order your return in our returns portal and will then receive the returns label.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return label. The costs of €5.90 will be offset against your refund.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
The general withdrawal periods apply. After receiving your BOXIO products, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and a further 14 days to return the products to us.
How long will it take to get my money back?
As soon as we receive your return, we will check it as quickly as possible to ensure it is complete and undamaged, and then refund the purchase price via the payment method you used when making the purchase.
You should receive your refund no later than 5 days after we receive your return.
