NOTE: In order for us to refund you the full purchase price, your return must
come back to us in perfect condition.

Where can I find the return label?
If you ordered directly from the BOXIO store, you can find the return label in our returns portal and you will then receive the return label.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return label . The costs of €5.90 will be offset against your refund.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
The general deadlines for withdrawal apply. After receiving your BOXIO products, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and a further 14 days to return the products to us.
How long does it take to get my money back?
As soon as we have received your return, we will check it for completeness and integrity as quickly as possible and refund the purchase price via the payment option used for the purchase.
You should receive your money back no later than 5 days after receipt of your return.
