Assembly instructions:

Place the washbasin on a stable, level surface.
Connect the hand pump and check that all tanks are correctly installed.

Where do you use your BOXIO Wash?

Leider kann ich mich nicht positiv zu dem Waschbecken äußern.
Es kommt nach ewig langem Pumpen ein Mini Wasserstrahl, leider auch nur kurz. Wir haben alles aus- und wieder zusammengebaut, mit Boxio kommuniziert, aber keine Verbesserung. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage, ggf einem Austausch, da unser Wasch/Spülmodell nicht funktioniert, steht es jetzt im Keller. Leider war es dazu aber eigentlich zu teuer. Wir sind ratlos.

vielen Dank für Dein ehrliches Feedback – es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Du mit dem BOXIO WASH nicht zufrieden bist. Wir können gut nachvollziehen, wie frustrierend das ist, wenn etwas nicht wie erwartet funktioniert.

Wir hatten Dich im Sommer 2024 bereits gebeten, uns Bilder oder ein kurzes Video zu schicken, um das Problem besser einzugrenzen. Leider haben wir daraufhin nichts mehr von Dir gehört. Gerade bei technischen Themen wie einem schwachen Wasserstrahl sind visuelle Hinweise für uns enorm hilfreich – nur so können wir beurteilen, ob z. B. ein Defekt oder ein Montageproblem vorliegt und entsprechend handeln, auch was einen möglichen Austausch betrifft.

Wenn Du magst, schick uns die Bilder oder ein kurzes Video gerne nachträglich per E-Mail – wir schauen uns das natürlich weiterhin gern an!

Nicht nur outdoor eine Hilfe

Ich habe die Boxio Wash ursprünglich für den Offroad-Einsatz gekauft und sie hat sich dort bestens bewährt. Inzwischen nutze ich sie auch bei meinen Fotoausstellungen, welche oft in ungewöhnlichen Locations oder Lost Places ohne Wasseranschluss stattfinden. Gerade bei Vernissagen war sie eine große Hilfe für die Crew: zum Händewaschen, Tische abwischen oder einfach, um flexibel Wasser bereitzustellen.
