Pretty good, but not perfect

Overall, the WASH Box seems to be a good product. It won’t really be put to use until soon. Annoying: The pump bellows keeps slipping off the hose. Also, water droplets constantly drip from the faucet when it’s folded down inside the box

Thank you very much for your honest and detailed feedback! We’re glad that the BOXIO WASH has made a good first impression on you, but of course we want it to fully win you over—not annoy you—when you use it. ️

The slipping pump bellows and the drips from the faucet shouldn’t be happening, of course. Here’s a quick tip from our experience: It often helps to slide the hose a little further up the bellows or to briefly degrease the connection so it stays in place. As for the drips from the faucet, check to see if the gasket is seated perfectly—sometimes a quick adjustment is all it takes.

Our Boxio mirror was defective. A new one was ordered for us right there at the trade show in Stuttgart.

Our Boxio mirror broke after just a few uses. We then visited
at the Boxio booth and were pleasantly surprised by how friendly one of the employees was. We told him about our problem, and without batting an eye, he ordered us a new one for free. We didn’t even have to pay for shipping. We’re really thrilled with the Boxio products. Really top-notch.
We were very happy about this. That’s truly excellent customer service.
