A bit difficult to assemble when new; no assembly instructions. Functional; good value for the price.
Hi Simon, thank you very much for your order and your message! It’s true that the chair covers can be a bit harder to put on at first. The tension may ease over time. It works better if you first clip the two upper corners in place, then lay the chair on them (i.e., tilt the chair over), and then, using a bit of force (but still carefully), secure the lower corners. Feel free to ask for help and try it with a partner. One person gently pushes the rod toward the cover while the other carefully pulls the cover over it.

We discovered this at the CMT. We gave it a quick try in the camping chair and were immediately sold. It’s easy to set up and take down. And extremely lightweight. Luckily, we were able to take two with us. The perfect size for short trips when you want to sit outside. We’ve already recommended it to others.

Very comfortable, lightweight, quick to set up and take down, and fits back into the bag with no trouble. I added a pillow to sit higher at the table, and it worked well. It also fits well in a daypack.

Both chairs have already made it to Italy, and thanks to their minimal pack size and light weight, they stow away perfectly in Euro boxes. The frame is cleverly designed and very well-made.
It would be nice to have a repair service in the future, should anything ever break.

It’s great to have a chair that fits in the Euroboxes. The frame looks very sturdy. The only thing is that when assembling it for the first time, you have to thread the fabric through the frame with a lot of force, but I think it will stretch a bit with use, making assembly easier.
